Dr. Pascal Dufour
As the founder of Renaissance AI, I bring deep expertise and a passionate vision to the company. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science (ETH Zurich, 2009), followed by a PhD in Medical Image Analysis (University of Bern, 2015). My professional career started at Glory Global Solutions, where I drove innovation and worked on numerous exciting projects. These ranged from developing complete software solutions, including backend, frontend, AI, deep learning models, to computer vision and image analysis
In 2020, I moved to Accenture to focus on consulting, where I worked with large corporations in AI, data science, and GenAI. There, I realized that AI and GenAI hold huge potential for SMEs, but larger consulting firms often aren’t interested in small contracts and projects with SMEs. Therefore, I decided to forge my own path and founded Renaissance AI, with the goal of specifically supporting smaller businesses.
As a small and agile company, Renaissance AI can closely address our clients’ needs. Since we don’t have fixed revenue targets but can outsource highly specialized work to experts as needed, we remain extremely flexible. In doing so, I can always rely on my extensive network of experts, both in Switzerland and internationally
